Learn how Quad Cities establishments are rescuing food to reduce costs and see potential tax advantages by keeping food out of the landfill through reduction, donation, feeding animals, and composting!
Hear from representatives from local establishments including Baked Bread and Beer Co., Augustana College, and others. Also on hand will be industry professionals to answer questions on liability and tax deductions.
